Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruitment marketing specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Must possess a can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of the candidate experience, while building the HGS Healthcare brand
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- BSC/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or deep expertise in candidate sourcing
- Strong social media recruitment experience is imperative
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Good negotiation skills plus experience in purchasing/managing localized budgets
- Proficient at Microsoft Office, Adobe PC/Mac operating systems
- Use of creative packages would be an advantage (Photoshop/InDesign/PowerPoint etc)
- A clear understanding of employment branding and communication strategies
- Being able to work with minimal supervision and to manage deadline-based project work
- Possessing good editorial and writing skills as well as the ability to work on numerous projects at a time
- Creative disposition and problem-solving ability
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
