About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Sr. HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. At Reddit, our HR Business Partners play a crucial role in connecting our P&C strategy to the business's success. They work closely with their cross-functional partners to support their client groups on all matters related to Performance Management, Talent Development, and Strategic Alignment. With their vast experience in coaching, development, and navigating complex employee-related situations, they proactively develop and consult on strategic solutions for their supported function. A key aspect of the Sr. HR Business Partner role is collaborating effectively and having a significant influence with partners and stakeholders.
This role will be aligned with supporting Reddit’s tech organization.
Job Description:
- Develop trusted relationships with people leaders and Snoos by being a role model of Reddit’s Company Values
- Connect your work and contributions to align with and inform business strategies and objectives
- Inspire, educate, and influence people leaders to execute the company's People & Culture programs
- Be a critical thought partner for how we execute our Talent & Leadership Development programs, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with our Talent Management philosophy
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to determine the development needs of the business and work quickly to build and implement talent development programs that meet those needs
- Manage complex projects and timelines across multiple priorities and hold themselves and others accountable to those timelines
- Leverage workforce trends and data to provide meaningful insight and guidance to people leaders
- Manage employee relations cases and investigations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee concerns
- Advocate for Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives to build a workforce and culture where representation matters and employees accept and respect each other’s differences
- Partner with Recruiting team and business leaders to evaluate hiring needs, headcount planning, and organizational design and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, having some previous experience as both an HRBP and L&D professional
- Expertise in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences
- Expertise in HR competencies including talent management, organizational effectiveness and design, change management, and coaching
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner with and coach various levels of employees, ranging from individual contributors to managers
- Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
- Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solve problems
- Ability to navigate confidential information with professional maturity
- Pragmatic; you take an iterative approach to creating new learning experiences
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and likes the challenge of building new and innovative things
- MBA or consulting experience preferred

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base pay range for this position is:
$154,700—$216,600 USD
