As a Senior Designer at Dropout Companies, you’ll play a critical role in defining and executing the visual identity for our portfolio brands — starting with Jams and expanding to Bronco and beyond. You’ll lead design for marketing campaigns and initiatives across every consumer touchpoint, with specific focus on digital and print. You’ll transform insights into compelling creative assets and bring product stories to life online, in-store, and in culture — ensuring our presence is always clear, compelling, and brand-defining. From conceptual ideation to hands-on execution, you’ll bring a visually disruptive, forward-thinking mindset and sharp creative eye to brand design. You think big, move fast, and design with purpose, always tuned into what’s next in pop culture and design trends.

The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, location, and individual qualifications assessed during the interview process.

Responsibilities
  • Design visually engaging, brand-consistent assets across digital, social, apparel, OOH, e-commerce, retail, and events
  • Translate cultural trends into bold creative that resonates with Gen-Z and millennial audiences
  • Concept, mock-up, and execute high-impact designs with strong digital sensibilities, raising the bar for visual excellence
  • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to craft culturally relevant, disruptive, and brand-defining moments
  • Manage day-to-day creative production with strong organization, ensuring deadlines, quality, and brand standards are met
  • Contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment, supporting photoshoots, campaign development, and multiple concurrent projects
  • Provide feedback to freelancers and external partners, while staying ahead of industry trends and inspiring the team with fresh insights

Requirements
  • Expertise in digital design, branding, concepting, design composition, typography
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating successful brand campaigns and breakthrough 360 ideas
  • Strong eye for design, high attention to detail, process oriented
  • Up to date on pop culture and trends
  • Ability to manage time and projects efficiently, comfortable with shifting priorities and project scopes in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership potential and drive to succeed
  • Deep understanding and awareness of TikTok, IG, and design for organic social
  • Motion design experience is a plus
  • Experience ideating on photography/videography concepts is a plus
  • Team player and excellent collaborator & communicator
  • Strong and confident presentation skills
Your Background
  • 5+ years of brand design experience at an agency or in-house, ideally in CPG, lifestyle, fashion, or wellness
  • Proven experience designing 360 brand campaigns across social, digital, retail, OOH, and events, with a strong track record in content creation and social media execution
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Microsoft Suite, Figma, and Monday
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects in fast-moving environments
Additional Requirements
  • Up to 10% travel within the U.S.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands
