JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Developer with deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Google Material UI, and Tailwind CSS to join our growing development team. You will take a leading role in designing and developing intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications within a modern Azure cloud environment.This role emphasizes frontend architecture, UI/UX design, performance optimization, and seamless integration with backend services. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a significant plus, as you'll be contributing to solutions that may impact critical systems and sensitive data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Frontend Development: Architect and implement modern, performant, and maintainable user interfaces using React + Next.js, TypeScript, Google Material UI and Tailwind CSS.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product teams to translate wireframes and user stories into interactive and accessible web components.
- API & Cloud Integration: Integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs and services hosted in Microsoft Azure, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, write clean and testable code, and advocate for frontend development standards and best practices.
- Agile Development: Participate actively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, delivering value iteratively and effectively in a fast-paced development cycle.
- Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in frontend rendering and data flow; optimize builds and load times.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to frontend CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and deployment workflows.
- Security & Compliance: Follow security best practices, especially in handling sensitive data, with an eye toward HIPAA compliance and other relevant regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay on the cutting edge of modern frontend development trends, frameworks, and tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years focused on frontend development using React + Next.js, TypeScript, and Material UI.
- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling complex frontend applications that interact with RESTful APIs and backend systems.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript performance, rendering lifecycle, state management, and SSR (Server-Side Rendering).
- Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment (Azure) and integrating frontend applications with cloud services.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and their integration within data-driven frontend applications.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams and collaborative development environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare technology or other regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI, etc.) understanding compliance, security, and usability constraints in such domains.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and frontend deployment strategies.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques in frontend applications.
- Passion for building elegant, user-centered interfaces with measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
