About the Role
At Pax8 Labs, we’re inventing the future of how businesses interact with autonomous technology—not just making AI possible, but making it practical, intuitive, and transformative. As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll craft the user-facing experiences that make complex AI-driven workflows accessible and trustworthy. You’ll design and build novel interfaces that enable real-time visualization, seamless human-AI collaboration, and intuitive control across diverse environments.
This is greenfield engineering in an innovation hub where speed, experimentation, and bold ideas drive everything we do. You’ll tackle today’s hardest UI challenges while helping define the foundation for future projects and breakthrough technologies—from new interaction models to entirely new product lines.
If you’re passionate about pioneering technology and want to help build a culture of innovation and future-focused projects, we want you—even if you don’t check every box. Diverse perspectives fuel our breakthroughs, so bring your curiosity and creativity.
What You’ll Do
Build responsive, intuitive interfaces for complex AI-driven workflows and coordination systems.
Create high performance real-time visualizations that communicate agent status, progress, and decision-making processes to non-technical users.
Design and implement user interfaces that make autonomous systems feel predictable and trustworthy.
Develop interactive dashboards and controls for managing multiple agents and their workflows.
Build reusable UI component libraries optimized for agent-based interactions and future Labs projects.
Continuously evaluate emerging frontend technologies and prototype solutions for next-generation platforms.
Shape team culture by championing experimentation, knowledge sharing, and fostering creativity and growth.
