People10 is looking for a Senior FrontEnd Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience building responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript. The ideal candidate has strong experience translating designs into clean, reusable UI components, integrating with REST APIs, and implementing role-aware, permission-driven interfaces.

As a FrontEnd Developer, you will have opportunities to grow into roles such as Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or managerial and techno-functional career streams.

• UI Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components using ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  

• API Integration: Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs, handling loading, error, and edge-case states cleanly.
  

• Role-Based Access Control: Implement permission-driven UI behavior — conditional rendering, route guards, and feature visibility based on user roles.
  

• State Management: Manage application and server state using modern patterns and libraries, keeping data flow predictable and maintainable.
  

• Responsive Design: Ensure consistent functionality and visual quality across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
  

• Testing: Write unit and component tests; contribute to automated test coverage as part of the development workflow.
  

• Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, QA, and designers to deliver features end-to-end.
  

• Code Quality: Maintain clean, well-documented, reusable code through code reviews and established engineering standards.
  

• 3–4 years of professional frontend development experience.
  

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
  

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  

• Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
  

• Experience building responsive, cross-device UI that works consistently across browsers and screen sizes.
  

• Practical experience implementing role-based access control or similar permission-driven UI patterns.
  

• Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI design.
  

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
  

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in day-to-day engineering workflows is an advantage.
  

• Experience with modern build tooling (Vite, Webpack) and state management libraries (TanStack Query, Zustand, Redux, or similar).
  

• Experience with component libraries / design systems (Material-UI or equivalent) and form libraries (React Hook Form or similar).
  

• Experience integrating with Transportation Management System (TMS) APIs or similar logistics/supply-chain platforms is a plus.
  

• Exposure to mapping/geospatial UI libraries (Mapbox GL JS or similar).
  

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and testing (axe-core).
  

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright).
  

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
