The Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner drives forecasting, analysis, and strategy through collaboration with business partners and leaders across the organization. Reporting to the Finance Sr. Director, you will be responsible for bringing together financial data from various sources to create a complete and accurate picture of our company’s performance. This role also supports financial modeling for consolidations, including employee benefits and cash flow forecasts. Process improvement will be a key part of your role, building and refining financial reporting dashboards and models, assisting with data standardization, and ensuring the high accuracy required for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.

You will contribute directly to our long-term and annual planning cycles, as well as the monthly forecasting process and the consolidated financial story. You'll be a great fit for this role if you're  proactive, able to manage complex processes, and detail-oriented, and can navigate ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial consolidation and can effectively communicate multi-faceted financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial close and forecast consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage the consolidation of financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow.
  • Oversee and report on areas within the consolidation scope, such as our employee benefits, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Develop clear and concise financial stories and presentations for internal management, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and support materials for external reporting, including investor relations (IR) and Board of Directors presentations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively use AI and other tools to automate and streamline financial tasks.
  • Contribute to the general ledger (GL) setup to ensure reporting capabilities are optimized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree
  • 10+ years of Finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis, specifically consolidations.
  • Perform complex scenario modeling 
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting 
  • Understand and can work through complex issues applying data and preparing in-depth analysis.
  • Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
  • Present complex financial information in a digestible format with actionable insights.
  • Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment
  • Experience with Anaplan

Physical/Cognitive Requirements

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
  • Ability to travel once to twice per year.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $108,890 - 141,560 + bonus + equity + benefits
Zone B: $119,779 - 155,716 + bonus + equity + benefits
Zone C: 130,668 - 169,872 + bonus + equity + benefits
Zone D: 141,557 - 184,028 + bonus + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
