You’ll work out of our Richardson, TX or Charlotte, NC locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will support the finance function for the Americas region in the Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS) business.  You will partner with business and functional leadership to drive sustainable growth and ensure that our financial operations align with corporate goals.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Supply chain to shape and execute the Americas Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Evaluate new growth and product initiatives for financial implications and strategic alignment
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and investment decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop analysts

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles.
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly valued.
  • Strategic thinker and a proven ability to drive financial initiatives and outcomes.
