Fluidra’s seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to join our team at our East Coast office in Atlanta, GA (by the airport).

 

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

The Sr. Finance Manager performs the Finance function by partnering with the business to lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes, dashboard reporting (sales, backlog and order bookings), headcount tracking, GM (General Manager) Finance Partner, SG&A Management, BU Business Review Partner and oversight of Finance Team Member(s) for one or more companies. This team member is the right-hand partner for the Director of Finance, CSS. Additionally, you will: 

  • Finance Partner for General Manager and Operations Leader for one or more companies.
  • Lead the Annual Budget Process for one or more companies in partnership with key business leaders.
  • Lead the Quarterly Forecast Process for one or more companies in partnership with key business leaders.
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) including Manufacturing/Operations performance and Warehousing/Distribution efficiency, identifying and recommending opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Lead monthly Cost Center Variance Analysis (Budget vs. Actual), identifying and recommending opportunities for cost savings.
  • Manage the CAPEX Budget & Forecast for one or more companies.
  • Commercial Finance Partner, including Annual Pricing adjustments and Customer Profitability analysis.
  • Lead and present financial analysis for Capital and other business investments
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Sales to drive Net Working Capital optimization.
  • Partner with GM, Operations and HR to manage headcount.
  • Produces ad hoc reporting as required.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • 10+ years of experience in Finance (FP&A, Ops Finance and Commercial Finance)
  • Strong knowledge of finance, sales, inventory, and operations will be essential.
  • Communication skills with ability to influence others across the organizational structure.
  • Financial modelling and analytical skills for budgeting and forecasting, combined with attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a usable format to a diverse audience.
  • Proficiency with Excel formulas (pivot tables, sum-ifs, V look ups, etc.)
  • Experience working with Hyperion, Epicor, Navision and Power Bi is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with multiple levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
