As a Sr Finance Analyst for SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) and ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in guiding financial strategies and optimizing the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence the financial aspects of our integrated supply chain, contributing significantly to the organization's performance.

You will you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the supply chain by providing critical insights and analyses that drive decision-making and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning for PT SIOP, procurement, and distribution & logistics.
  • Translating SIOP outputs into rolling financial forecasts for PT, preparing forecasts and presentations for management review.
  • Partnering across the ISC, finance, and commercial functions to provide financial insight and alignment across functions and forecasts.
  • Assisting in the development of financial models to guide business strategies and operational improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals

YOU MUST HAVE
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
