About the role

The Sr. Field Marketing manager is a key member of the demand marketing team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation. The ideal candidate will have a track record of executing, measuring, and reporting on field programs and events that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, translate into pipeline and revenue. 

This role requires a blend of creative thinking, project management and problem solving skills, and an understanding of marketing principles with a focus on both physical and online/virtual events. You’ll manage logistics on everything from large trade shows to smaller roadshows, meetups, roundtables, and executive dinners as well as webinars. 

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute field marketing programs and events with a strong focus generating leads, driving conversions and helping meeting the NA sales teams’ pipeline goals.
  • Work hand in hand with NA sales leader and sales team to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives as well as drive a coordinated GTM motion.
  • Plan and execute a diverse range of events to meet those goals including trade shows, regional summits, roadshows, executive dinners, roundtables, and meetups, sometimes in coordination with partners like AWS. 
  • Handle end-to-end event management including logistics, vendor/venue selection, registration, promotion, lead management and follow up, and results reporting.  
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and critical deadlines are communicated, tracked, and met.
  • Use data-driven insights to continually refine and enhance the effectiveness of future events and track key performance metrics.
  • Act as brand ambassador at events, representing the company and effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Create SFDC campaigns for events, handle list uploads, and track pipeline attribution for events you manage.
  • Manage all aspects of event and program budgets


Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of field marketing/marketing programs experience in B2B tech with a proven track record of executing successful programs to deliver pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong project management with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including knowing how and what to communicate to different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make recommendations/decisions based on data
  • Proficiency in online event management technology (e.g. GoToWebinar), as well as Google Sheets.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time including occasional nights and weekends.
  • Basic experience with Salesforce.com.
