This role includes both individual and collaborative delivery responsibilities, with potential travel of up to 50%.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle, from mobilization and kickoff through deployment and go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and implementation partners, providing governance, executive-level communication, and overall delivery leadership.
  • Lead discussions around process optimization, industry best practices, and digital transformation initiatives that support customer business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point, helping customers navigate complex business challenges and maximize adoption of the Coupa platform.
  • Collaborate closely with Coupa services partners and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Manage project reporting, resource alignment, issue resolution, and risk mitigation to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise while tailoring solutions to meet each customer's unique business requirements.

What You Will Bring to Coupa

  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and driving customer adoption and change management.
  • Strong client management skills and experience supporting procurement, accounts payable, expense management, or broader finance processes, with Procure-to-Pay experience highly desirable.
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and familiarity with financial accounting, customer relationship management, and sales force automation applications.
  • Previous consulting or implementation experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Ariba, Concur, Basware, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and implementation partners and willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
