As a Senior Enablement Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to our customer
experience leadership teams. You will move beyond traditional training delivery to act as a
consultant who diagnoses performance gaps and architects holistic solutions that drive
measurable business outcomes. This role is central to our transition toward an AI first
agentic enablement model where we leverage cutting-edge technology to maximize speed-to-
adoption and scale our impact across the global business.
Owning the Highspot strategy for your business unit, youll be transforming it from a static content hub into an agentic enablement engine that delivers just-in-time guidance, immersive buyer experiences, and AI-driven engagement. You’ll design scalable templates and playbooks, enable the field on modern selling motions, and use intent data and performance analytics to continuously optimize impact across deal velocity, win rates, and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with assigned stakeholders across the business: Customer Success,
Professional Services, Technical Support, and Marketing to diagnose business friction
and design enablement programs that address core performance gaps. - Architect and lead end-to-end enablement initiatives: From scoping and design to
delivery and impact measurement—ensuring alignment with our business strategies - Drive an AI First Enablement Strategy: Proactively identify opportunities to use AI
tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Highspot E3) to automate administrative friction, synthesize
complex data, and create in-the-flow-of-work; resources that scale beyond human-led
training. - AI Orchestration & Agent Creation: Design and deploy custom AI agents and
automated workflows to provide real-time, scalable coaching and support to the global
field organization. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Portfolio Managers, Instructional
Designers, and Credentialing teams to build scalable, digital-first, and AI-forward
learning solutions. - Act as an Enablement Consultant to the Business: Utilize data from Salesforce,
Gong, Jira, and Highspot, etc. to proactively identify trends and intervene before
performance dips. - Measure & report on Enablement Effectiveness: Integrate learning metrics directly
into organizational business tools (e.g. Salesforce, Highspot) and analyze enablement
data and report back to leadership on how specific initiatives have moved the needle on
key performance indicators (KPIs). - Drive adoption of our core methodologies: (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Success
Plans) by integrating them directly into the flow of work - Feedback Loops: Establish continuous feedback mechanisms with the field to iterate
on content based on actual performance and the evolving competitive landscape.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Experience (Success, Professional Services,
Support), Sales (Enablement, Operations), General Enablement, or a similar GTM
strategic role within a SaaS environment. - AI-First Proficiency: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI platforms (Gemini, Claude,
or similar) to automate workflows, synthesize data, and scale program delivery.
Experience in custom agent creation is a significant plus. - Strong consulting and diagnostic skills; ability to influence senior leadership and navigate
complex matrix organizations. - Deep proficiency in the modern business sales tech stack, specifically Salesforce, Gong,
Jira, Asana and Highspot. - An AI First mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to maximize speed to
adoption and solve complex business problems at scale. - Proven track record of managing multiple global projects simultaneously with extreme
ownership and resourcefulness. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for
diverse audiences. - Ability to travel up to 25% to support global teams.
The estimated pay range for this role is $128,000 - $166,500
The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
