We have an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Director/Director, Advisor Teams. In this role, you will manage and lead Financial Advisors who are responsible for driving organic growth and client service through referral generating activities and acquisition of new clients within the CRP (custodial referral program). Lead Advisor team to achieve NCNM (new client new money) and retention targets through engagement with Regional Vice Presidents and Financial Consultants at our custodial partners, own referrals, and engagement with end retail clients.
As the Senior Director, Advisor Teams you will be a key member of our advisor leadership team, you will be responsible for leading advisors, establishing processes, and driving business results within the business with focus on custodial referral program clients. You will oversee all aspects of the servicing advisor function, including team leadership, strategic planning, business development, and leveraging data to enhance sales and service processes. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and coaching new and tenured advisors to consistently achieve strong results.
The salary target for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus.

Primary Job Functions
Team Leadership/Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing advisor team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to maximize individual and collective success.

Manage a team of Advisors to achieve target performance goals.

Hold periodic team meetings and 1-1’s to discuss best practices and provide ongoing oversight and insights to the team.

Shadow in person and virtual meetings held by the Advisors or RVPs with custodial partners (branch meetings/client events) and referred individual investors throughout the process to provide ongoing, direct feedback.

Lead the onboarding process of new Advisor recruits.
Data Driven Performance Management

Establish clear performance targets, metrics, and KPIs, and continuously monitor performance against goals, taking proactive measures to address any gaps or challenges.

Utilize data analytics and insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Process & Strategy Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, evolve, and optimize processes, leveraging data-driven insights to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and achieve business objectives.
Advocate for Advisors, internally to enhance processes and results

Collaborate with Advisor Team to determine areas of inefficiency in their current approach.

Work cross-functionally with other internal leaders to overcome and address these challenges.

Represent Advisors needs and share team perspective among the broader growth leadership team.

Collaborate closely with Partner Program leadership and Service team to drive results.
Education/Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in business; finance, economics or related

Minimum 10 years in Financial Services

Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role

Proven ability to leverage data analytics and insights to enhance process & drive results

Strong leadership & team building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team

Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Familiarity with Salesforce and support org functionality

FINRA Series 65, 63 or 66
-
CFP® or other planning designation preferred
