The Sr Director, Strategy & Growth will partner directly with the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer to support strategic planning, enterprise alignment, and execution on key strategy and growth initiatives across the East Region. Operating within a highly matrixed environment, this leader will help translate enterprise priorities into actionable regional initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive execution of key payer, growth, and partnership strategies. The role serves as a central integrator across markets, national teams, and functional leaders to support decision-making, operational effectiveness, and execution.

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, value-based care, payer/provider contracting, consulting, or related fields
- 5+ years of direct people management or leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams
- 5+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional strategy or growth initiatives in a matrixed enterprise environment
- 5+ years of experience performing strategic planning, business analysis, and data-driven problem solving
- 5+ years of experience managing senior executive stakeholders and facilitating alignment across functional groups
- 5+ years of experience translating strategic plans into actionable operational roadmaps and driving measurable business outcomes
