The Role:

Marigold is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead the team responsible for shaping our market identity, driving go-to-market excellence, and fueling growth across both our sales-led and product-led motions.

This highly strategic and visible role will play a pivotal part in repositioning Marigold within a rapidly evolving marketing technology landscape. • Lead, Coach, and Scale the PMM Function: Mentor a talented team of product marketers, fostering operational excellence and a culture of curiosity, innovation, and accountability.

  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Influence at the executive level, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer insights translate into meaningful actions and measurable outcomes.

About You:

You are a visionary marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. You’re energized by transformation—adept at leading through change, crafting bold narratives, and building teams that elevate how a brand shows up in the world. You have deep empathy for customers, an analytical mindset, and the ability to connect insights to action.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with proven leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS or marketing technology organizations.

  • Demonstrated success operating in both sales-led and product-led environments.

  • Expertise in developing differentiated positioning and GTM strategies across multiple verticals.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a record of influencing executive stakeholders.

  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.

  • Experience building and scaling Product Marketing teams and fostering high performance through mentorship.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in repositioning or transforming company narratives in evolving markets.

  • Experience in vertical pipeline acceleration and creation of industry-specific sales materials.

  • Passion for customer-centric innovation and market insight-driven strategies.

Our Benefits:

  • Competitive benefits including: medical/dental/vision insurance, life/accident/disabilities insurance, supplemental health benefits, FSA, EAP and pet insurance

  • Generous time off (we call it Open Time Away) as well as paid holidays and a birthday benefit day off.

  • 401k plan with a company match on your contributions.

  • Employee-centric and supportive remote work environment with flexibility.

  • Support for life events including paid parental leave.
