We are seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to lead product strategy, execution, and innovation for our SaaS offerings. In this role, you will set the vision, guide cross-functional teams, and deliver products that drive customer value and business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for core SaaS product lines.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into product requirements and actionable plans.
  • Oversee multiple product areas or portfolios, directing senior managers and their teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on market trends, competitive positioning, and product differentiation.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies that foster innovation and operational excellence.
  • Hold departments accountable for hiring, talent development, and performance.
  • Manage departmental P&L and ensure product investments deliver measurable ROI.
  • Influence company-wide strategy through thought leadership and data-driven decision-making

Compensation
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

The base salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $200,000 to $285,000.

In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
