About the Role:We’re seeking a Senior Product Design Director to lead design for one of our next-generation product pillars—an emerging area that will play a critical role in the future of Hims & Hers’ platform. This is a 0→1 opportunity that combines strategic vision, systems thinking, and hands-on design leadership to bring a new consumer experience to life.
As a player-coach, you’ll oversee a team of product designers and design leads, guiding them through both strategic exploration and executional delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research peers to define the vision, shape the roadmap, and ensure the experiences your team designs have measurable business and user impact.
This role is ideal for a seasoned design leader who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to translate big ideas into elegant, intuitive products, and is passionate about building and leading design teams that deliver at a high bar for craft and clarity.

You’ll partner directly with the VP of Product Design and a cohort of Senior Directors to chart the next phase of Hims & Hers’ evolution.

Extensive Product Design Leadership Experience
16+ years in product design, including experience leading consumer-facing digital products at scale. You’ve built and shipped complex experiences that balance user needs with business outcomes.Proven Product Ownership
Experience owning clear product KPIs or outcomes, partnering with Product and Engineering to define success, and delivering against measurable goals.Expertise in 0→1 and Growth Environments
