The Sr. Director, Marketing is responsible for driving and executing marketing strategy, messaging, and lead generation for WellSky’s portfolio of solutions.

**This position is based at WellSky's World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS, with relocation available.**

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee and manage a team of marketing strategists responsible for: 

  • Overseeing marketing programs and ensure channel effectiveness, measurable results, and timely follow-up by sales team.
  • Supporting new solution launches, retention campaigns, monitor strategic add-on sales, and offer unique solutions that accelerate sales efforts and support revenue goals. 
  • Actively monitoring the marketing and sales pipeline dashboards and metrics. 
  • Managing creative development and execution for demand generation programs, email marketing, social and webinar campaigns, and work with the events team to manage planned events and identify new potential events. 
  • Collaborating with growth marketing team on paid advertising efforts including creation, execution, and post-campaign reporting. 
  • Serving as a cross functional partner to sales, solutions, and client success teams to align marketing strategy, campaign execution, and enablement in support of pipeline and revenue goals. 

·Manage interactions with strategic partners on the delivery of marketing programs. 

·Produce high quality scalable content, including presentations, FAQs, videos, data sheets, webinars, talk tracks and playbooks for use by the sales organization and partners. 

·Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investment on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs. 

·Own the marketing functions of a go-to market launch plan including production of sales and marketing assets, working cross-functionally across departments on launch readiness, as well as the delivery of marketing programs inclusive of webinars, email campaigns, in app messaging, and other channels. 

·Perform other job duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

·At least 10-12 years’ relevant work experience 

·At least 5-6 years’ relevant management work experience 

Job Expectations:

·Ability to travel up to 20% based on business needs

·Willing to work additional hours or irregular hours as needed

·Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

·Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
