We drive GTM transformation supported by process improvements, data-driven insights, and program management of high impact cross-functional initiatives. Ultimately, we are a team of curious, humble, and analytically minded individuals with a bias toward action and impact.

The GTM Transformation leader will play a pivotal role within our GTM Operations function, reporting directly to the VP, GTM Operations. This leader will drive the Go-To-Market (GTM) Transformation agenda, documenting and optimizing strategy, processes, technologies, and mindsets to achieve our corporate objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities, while articulating and evangelizing the Intapp GTM Way with GTM leaders.
  • Project Management: Act as the project manager for GTM initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams, and organizing regular cross-functional GTM syncs to review progress and address blockers.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of internal performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of current GTM initiatives, identifying leading indicators to predict future performance and making proactive adjustments to strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in executing the GTM strategy while fostering a culture of collaboration and shared goals.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Drive a customer-first mindset throughout the organization, enhancing customer experience through tailored solutions and engagement strategies.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives, track success metrics, and prepare insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, using insights from performance analysis to guide strategic planning and execution.
  • Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Change Management: Guide the organization through transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and minimizing disruption during transitions.

What you’ll need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in GTM strategy, product marketing, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional transformation programs and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to translate high-level strategy into tactical plans.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
  • Client-Centricity: Deep understanding of client needs and buying journeys within the B2B SaaS space to inform strategy and playbook creation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
