About Us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.

Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.

In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

This is not a job for everyone. We hold an extremely high bar because we believe talent density is our biggest competitive advantage. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it.

About the Role

Nourish is hiring multiple leaders to join our Growth Strategy team, which is responsible for scaling Nourish’s fastest-growing and most critical patient acquisition channel.

As a leader on the team, you’ll own a critical part of the channel’s strategy and operating system - from setting targets and designing the roadmap to hit them to owning the systems and processes that make growth scalable, measurable, and durable. You’ll be a core member of the Growth Strategy leadership team, partnering closely with Nourish’s Executive team, Sales Leadership, Enablement, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to solve the most important barriers to channel growth.

This role combines first-principles strategy and hands-on execution. You will not inherit a mature playbook—you will help design how Nourish’s most important growth engines operates as the company scales. If you’re energized by owning outcomes end-to-end and want to play a pivotal role in scaling a category-defining company, we want to meet you.

We are hiring for multiple roles and are open to a range of backgrounds (see requirements below). We’ll shape the scope and level based on each candidate’s experience and strengths.

This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in person 3+ days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is located in Gramercy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set goals and define success. Establish clear metrics and ambitious targets, build a strong understanding of what drives performance, and ensure progress is consistently measured.
  • Define the roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints, develop a clear point of view on how to address them, and decide where the organization should invest - and what it should deprioritize - to achieve its goals.
  • Turn the strategy into an executable plan: Translate the roadmap into a focused set of initiatives with clear priorities, owners, success metrics, and resource requirements.
  • Build the operating system required to scale: Design the processes, tools, and decision-making cadences that help cross-functional teams identify performance gaps, turn insights into action, and remain accountable for results.
  • Help build the Growth Strategy team. Depending on the role, this may include building, developing, and managing a high-performing team.
We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have 6+ years of experience, with a mix of strategy work (e.g., management consulting, finance, business operations) and direct start-up experience. Experience and excitement about building and leading a team a plus.
  • You are a first-principles thinker that can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its underlying drivers, and design a practical path forward.
  • You are highly analytical and comfortable using imperfect data to identify performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and measure whether a strategy is working.
  • You are an exceptional operator who can move fluidly between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you must simultaneously set direction, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure important details do not get lost.
  • You are an exceptional cross-functional leader who can create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you do not directly manage.
