QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • Proven experience of 8+ years in finance project management or a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • 8+ years of experience in management and guidance of finance teams and organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent financial thoughtfulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop financial models and perform scenario thoughtfulness.
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and budgets, with a strong insight into project financials and cost control.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, with strong presentation and influencing skills.
  • Experience in guiding and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
