- Leverage various delivery formats, including classroom-based, online self-paced, and blended learning, focusing on content that encompasses both traditional sales and technical-leaning presales enablement.
- Design best-in-class on-demand content and in-person training sessions, build supporting enablement assets, and facilitate delivery as appropriate to support both sales and presales functions. Coach managers and Director+ regional leadership to drive consistent execution and capability building.
- Leverage assets and insights from global programs to drive knowledge acquisition, skills development, and community collaboration across regional and global enablement teams.

To be successful in this role you have:
- 10-15 years' experience in building global enablement programs and managing global sales enablement teams, including enterprise field enablement across all sellers.
- Proven ability to scope, design, deliver, and measure effectiveness of strategic enablement programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for all audience levels, including executives; demonstrated ability to garner support for new ideas and initiatives.
- Expertise in creating intuitive, memorable, and visually appealing assets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and resolve roadblocks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills—you can distill complex information into clear, compelling, and easy-to-follow content. Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating or updating on-demand learning content (e-learnings, guided walkthroughs, LMS modules).

- Team-oriented planner and decision-maker with an ability to creatively drive alignment and deliver results.
- Driven to learn and an openness to giving and receiving feedback.
