Key Responsibilities

  • Design user flows and high-fidelity screens for core IB workflows
  • Translate design strategy into polished screens and prototype-ready assets
  • Ensure multi-device coherence across mobile, desktop, and offline states
  • Extend Citi’s design system for AI-first interaction patterns
  • Owning direction, not just execution - shaped the brief, sets visions, has led where problem not fully defined
  • Ability to sell the work - charismatic leader and communicator 
  • Broken tooth comb operator - strong design skills with working knowledge of strategy + delivery constraints, comes with early sketches 
  • Credible partner to product + engineering - can challenge scope & prioritization and discuss feasibility 
  • Self-propelling leader - doesn’t need a PM to translate their thinking or push work forward. They build their own clarity and momentum
  • (Bonus - not essential) Experience with AI tooling / rapid prototyping
 

Must-Have Skillsets

•6–10 years in UX/UI for complex enterprise applications
•Experience designing data-heavy and AI-assisted interfaces
•Strong skills in Figma (or equivalent) with a portfolio showcasing workflow design
•Understanding of WCAG, accessibility, and enterprise design systems

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 36,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 129,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors.
