As a Sr. Creative, you will be a driving force within our social Studio team, responsible for the high-impact social creative and content we build for world-class brand partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and performance. You aren't just an idea person—you are a maker who understands how to achieve desired outcomes through culturally relevant, social-first campaigns that thrive on current and emerging social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is a constant social consumer, obsessed with internet culture, and possesses a deep understanding of how audiences use—and hack—social platforms to build community.
Submission of a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of strategy-led social media content, campaigns and/or projects is required with your application.
What You'll Do Here:
- Concept Development: Ideate and develop viral social-media campaigns, translating brand objectives and audience insights into compelling creative concepts and content for both organic and paid social.
- Trend Execution: Leverage cultural insights and social trends to develop content, campaigns and creator partnerships that feel authentic to the platform.
- Content Creation: Partner with videographers, designers and editors to produce social assets including short-form and long-form video, statics, and photography. You should be comfortable appearing in content or directing others for a range of lo-fi to hi-fi assets distributed across major social media platforms.
- Creative Ownership: Be a source of executional consistency–- supporting the creative process from the initial brief through final delivery and ensuring all work is in-line with the campaign vision, brand guidelines and high potential of going viral.
- On-site Production: Oversee agile on-site productions to capture high-volume, high-quality visuals for social media content.
- AI Enablement: Effectively leverage AI agents and tools within creative and content workflows in order to streamline output, enhance creativity, and drive efficiency.
- Creator Collaboration: Partner with Strategy team to produce detailed briefs for creators and influencers, lead briefing sessions, and provide actionable feedback on their concepts and final content.
- Client Presentations: Develop and present client-ready decks that communicate dynamic social-first concepts and content–driving stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Mentor and manage junior creatives, videographers and editors, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and inspire innovative creative output.
- Innovation and Awards: Contribute to the development of innovative, award-winning social-media campaigns that set industry benchmarks and elevate our agency's profile.
You'll Need To Have:
- 4+ years of proven experience in a creative role (art, copy, or content) within social media or a digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry, with prior experience working with beauty-focused clients.
- A portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking and successful campaign execution across multiple formats.
- Acute understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Proven ability to concept and execute creative ideas that translate into successful social media campaigns.
- Strong visual design and storytelling ability
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Relevant knowledge with emerging AI agents and tools.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior creatives.
