We're looking for a Senior Content Strategist to shape and lead our full-funnel content strategy, from awareness to conversion and beyond. This is a high-impact role for a content leader who’s equal parts strategic thinker and expert doer. You’ll help establish Sanas as the category creator and leader in real-time speech-to-speech technology by crafting narratives that are bold, human, technologically superior, and deeply resonant.
You’ll create content yourself and manage writers to help scale it across formats, channels, and audiences. Working on the Brand & Creative team, you’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Experiential Marketing and Sales to ensure we’re telling the right stories, in the right places, to the right people - consistently.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the overall content strategy to articulate the value of Sanas’s products - creating compelling, relevant content across multiple channels. You’ll own top-of-funnel thought leadership and brand content while partnering closely with Product Marketing to create compelling later stage consideration and conversion content.
- Own the editorial calendar and manage content production across formats (blog posts, white papers, web copy, social content, videos, customer stories, etc.).
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for content marketing initiatives, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Measure the effectiveness of content, iterating on strategies based on insights to improve engagement and satisfaction.
- Write and create content yourself - we're looking for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves.
- Manage freelancer writers to bring content to life at scale and at speed.
- Own Sanas’s social media strategy and presence, turning our channels into platforms for engagement, authority, and thought leadership.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to evolve our messaging, narrative, and tone of voice, and ensure it's applied consistently across all content touch points.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen to align content with demand generation goals and performance metrics.
Who You Are:
- 7-10 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial leadership roles, ideally at a high-growth B2B tech company.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a sharp editorial eye and a passion for clarity, precision, and voice.
- Experience managing and scaling content production across formats and channels.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning content to business and brand goals.
- Deep understanding of social media strategy and best practices across platforms (LinkedIn is key).
- Strong project management skills - you can drive complex projects from ideation to execution with minimal oversight.
- Curious, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led startup environment.You have a portfolio and/or relevant samples of your writing
- Bonus: Experience in speech, AI, or emerging tech spaces.
