About Us

Nebulock is the hunt-first security operations platform. We are on a mission to bring proactive security to every security team. By the time an alert fires, it's already too late. Nebulock hunts continuously, focusing on behaviors rather than IOCs, so teams can reduce dwell time and prevent human and agentic threats before they become incidents.
Backed by $34M in funding led by FirstMark, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Decibel, Zetta, Step Function, and In-Q-Tel, we are growing quickly and already delivering real results for enterprise security teams. Our founding team comes from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, and Arctic Wolf, and we are working at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity where the problems are both genuinely hard and deeply consequential.
We are looking for mission-driven teammates who value autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.

Position Overview

Nebulock is looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own the content engine that fuels our go-to-market motion. This is a founding role on the marketing team reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will own the editorial calendar, the blog, and content across the funnel, from threat research and thought leadership to product-focused assets that drive pipeline. You will work directly with subject matter experts in threat hunting, detection engineering, and threat research to produce content that resonates with both executive buyers and technical practitioners. You will have access to AI tools to accelerate the way you work, not dictate how you do it. Success is measured by content's contribution to brand authority, organic visibility, and pipeline impact.

Expected Impact
  • Own content strategy and execution across the blog, white papers, ebooks, webinars, and social media

  • Manage the editorial calendar, balancing thought leadership, threat research, and product content across the funnel

  • Partner with internal SMEs to develop credible, differentiated content rooted in how practitioners actually think and work

  • Translate Nebulock's positioning into content that speaks to security decision-makers at every stage of the buyer journey

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Event Marketing, and the Web team to align content with integrated campaigns and pipeline goals

  • Maintain SEO practices that drive organic traffic and measurable engagement

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, with a meaningful portion spent in cybersecurity

  • Strong technical writing background with the ability to produce and edit content on topics like threat detection, incident response, and adversary behavior

  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity buyer journey across executive and practitioner personas

  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content pipelines across multiple formats and channels

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance measurement

  • Familiarity with AI writing tools and the judgment to use them to accelerate production without substituting for original thinking, subject matter depth, or brand voice

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, building programs and processes where none exist

  • Ability to adapt, iterate, and ship quickly

Nice to Haves
  • Experience building a content function from scratch at a startup or early-stage company

  • Background producing threat research content or working directly with security researchers

  • Experience with AEO strategies and optimizing content for AI search inclusion

  • Familiarity with content-led growth strategies including pillar pages and long-form editorial series

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package comprised of a base salary, equity and comprehensive benefits. The base salary for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. Compensation packages are determined based on a number of factors including but not limited to, role related experience, skillset, and geographic location.
