The Tiger Analytics team is seeking a Business Insights Consultant with strong expertise in BI tools and cloud data platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, develop, and support scalable data applications and self-service analytics platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, engineering centralized reporting solutions, and enhancing existing data pipelines and reporting models. The role involves hands-on development with tools like WebFocus, Tableau, and SQL, while driving process improvements and ensuring secure, accessible, and insightful data solutions across the organization.

Job Duties:

  • Design, build, and maintain centralized reporting models on wealth data used across multiple business teams.
  • Develop and manage WebFocus solutions, including integration with CRM systems and analytics connections to Data Lakes.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau for insights and reporting across key metrics.
  • Enable self-service data access by building WebFocus Standard Data Extracts and Multi-Dimensional Cubes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Data Marketplaces for easy access to curated datasets.
  • Ensure proper data security measures across all reporting solutions and user access levels.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and business-as-usual (BAU) support using SQL across cloud platforms
Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 6 + years of experience in Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) space
    • Strong hands-on expertise in WebFocus, especially in enterprise reporting and dashboarding.
    • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and interactive dashboard creation.
    • Solid background in building multi-dimensional cubes and standard data extracts.
    • Proficiency in SQL with demonstrated experience on cloud databases like Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.
    • Experience in handling data access and security configurations in BI tools.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience going beyond number-crunching, reports, and dashboard creation -- ability to understand the business impact of the data and make recommendations based on your findings
    • Experience with project execution and dependency management from tech teams to business users
    • Consulting experience highly preferred
