Design and develop SAP Commerce Cloud e-commerce solutions, implement customizations and extensions, integrate third-party systems and APIs, debug Java/Spring applications, handle data migration and SOA integrations, perform code reviews and enforce SDLC standards, and provide application support across staging, testing, and production environments.
Commerce Cloud Developer:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP Commerce cloud-based e-commerce solutions.
- Implement customizations and extensions on the SAP Commerce cloud platform.
- Manage complex technical areas, including debugging Java code, integrating third-party applications, working with service-oriented architecture, and handling data migration.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and SDLC coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, providing application support across staging, testing, and production environments.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Java, the Spring framework, and SAP Commerce architecture.
- Experience with RESTful web services and API integrations.
- Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
- Knowledge of web security and experience working with payment gateways.
- Experience with subscriptions, bundles, and integration objects is preferred.
- Experience implementing external authentication provider for SAP Commerce Cloud
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
