Compensation: $82,000 - $115,000 (based on experience level and location)

Position OverviewOwn the client relationship and delivery quality for high-volume recruiting engagements. Lead a team of recruiters supporting client organizations through periods of growth, transformation, or transition, and serve as the primary point of accountability for hiring outcomes at scale.

Own client engagements with a focus on delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and outcomes
Serve as the primary trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
Apply consulting, project management, and communication best practices
Partner with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to deliver value
Track billable work and maintain accurate project documentation
Align people strategies with broader business objectives
Serve as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders on high-volume recruiting engagements
Manage and coach a team of recruiters supporting concurrent high-volume requisitions
Set requisition prioritization, capacity planning, and staffing ratios across the recruiting team
Own client reporting cadence, including recruiting metrics, forecasts, and engagement health
Oversee full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across roles, levels, and multiple concurrent requisitions
Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and pipeline prioritization
Ensure recruiting strategies stay aligned to client business objectives as volume and scope shift
Set the standard for exceptional candidate experience across the team, even at high requisition volume
Support employer branding and engagement efforts on behalf of client organizations
Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring processes across the team
Oversee ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity across a high-volume book of business
Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting engagements (e.g., 20+ concurrent requisitions across a team)
Experience managing or mentoring recruiters or a recruiting team
Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies
Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
Comfort working across multiple concurrent client engagements and shifting priorities
HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable
Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require
This is a full-time position within livingHR. You'll partner closely with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders on an ongoing basis, leading the client and team relationship for high-volume recruiting engagements as our practice grows.
