About the Role

Are you a Cyber claims professional who is looking for a dynamic role in a growing claims organization? Do you embrace the challenge of handling claims while providing market leading customer service? This is a rare opportunity for a hardworking professional to join our dynamic team!

We are seeking an experienced Cyber claims professional with a real passion for providing outstanding customer service. Employing excellent adjudications skills, you will independently handle primary Cyber and Tech E&O from first notice to resolution while also working closely with the internal underwriting and products team as well as specialized external vendors.

In this role you will:

  • Actively manage and supervise a portfolio of predominantly primary first party and third-party cyber claims with responsibility for end-to-end adjudication processes, including analyzing liability and damages issues;
  • Analyze insurance coverage issues and draft coverage letters and other correspondence;
  • Confidently navigate in both primary and excess insurance claim environments;
  • Collaborate with customers and brokers to achieve the most advantageous claim resolution;
  • Work quickly with external counsel and specialized vendors to assist customers in responding to cyber incidents;
  • Work with our Operations team to ensure effective and efficient claim administration and accurate data;
  • Provide high level analysis of claims portfolio results to the business and identify and analyze claim trends;
  • Review, support and assist in developing policy wordings and tailored solutions for clients;
  • Liaise with Actuarial, Finance and Risk Management colleagues to share information in the management of claims, clients and risks;
  • Represent and promote Converge at industry conferences, client events and professional society functions.
About You
  • 3+ years Cyber and Tech E&O experience
  • University degree or equivalent, J.D. not required but highly desirable;
  • A Legal or technical background would be ideal;
  • You can demonstrate working knowledge of Cyber insurance markets;
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision; energized by working in a highly collaborative environment;
  • The role may include up to 10% travel.

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
