- Lead Site Supplier Performance and Relationships for the Actives category
- Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs
- Support the execution of Global Procurement strategies
- Handle cost saving initiatives and metric
- Implement cost savings and process improvement programs
- Have deep knowledge to serve as a consultant for procurement process and supplier issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or related field in semiconductor industry.
- Proven strength in complex problem-solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive resolution in challenging situations.
- Experience in external-facing roles, advocating for Micron's interests while maintaining confidentiality and managing supplier expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a semiconductor environment.
- Experience working in a customer success or supply management role.
