The Opportunity
Join QVC as a Senior Business Analyst, where you'll help guide data-driven decisions across our digital platforms. You will help deliver comprehensive insights, supported by robust reporting and thorough analytical assessments. You'll dive deep into our eCommerce data, identifying important trends and opportunities to enhance our customer experience and support strategic business initiatives. Collaborate with teams to translate complex data into clear, impactful business strategies that propel QVC's digital success.

Your Impact
- Maintain experience with critical digital needs/drivers and provide data support to measure trends and influences that are affecting demand planning and forecasting functions
- Compile/aggregate insights over time to provide our performance perspective over weeks, months, quarters, and years
- Develop a partnership with the eCommerce category merchandising and marketing teams to understand and influence digital forecasting inputs
- Provide reliable ad hoc analysis, topical deep dives (concise, relevant retrospectives), custom and standard recaps to digital and cross-functional partners
- Build reporting to support digital needs inclusive of website and product traffic and conversion
- Develop standard input and reporting templates to allow management reports and dashboards, including automated and manual KPI thresholds
What You Bring
- You hold a bachelor's degree with a degree in business or analytically driven area
- You have 7 years of progressively responsible positions within a business environment. Expertise in corporate strategic planning
- Analyze data/situations and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business
- Experience in web analytics platforms such as Adobe analytics, google analytics or like tool
- Proficient in SQL & Tableau. Ability to write code!
- Preferably SAS experience
