About the Job:

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a DevOps Consultant, you’ll play an integral role: using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • DevOps Strategy Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive DevOps strategy, focusing on automation, operational soundness, and alignment with best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing updates, facilitating review sessions, and ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Tooling Implementation: Identify high-impact quick wins and guide the implementation of strategic tooling for both enterprise and squad levels in collaboration with client teams, adhering to Agile best practices.

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong track record in large-scale transformations in complex, regulated environments (preferably within the financial services sector).
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, cloud platforms, Everything-as-Code
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., DevOps, SRE, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to work hybrid in our Orlando (Maitland) office 3 days per week
