This role is part of the Sales Enablement team within LPL Business Solutions under the Business and Lifecycle Solutions organization. Sales Enablement equips our teams with the knowledge, tools, and processes to optimize performance, streamline workflows, and enhance sales effectiveness.

You will be responsible for data-driven analysis, go-to-market strategy execution, and sales enablement support to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role blends project management, marketing and sales expertise, and business analytics to empower decision-making and improve sales outcomes. It also provides exposure to senior leadership across multiple divisions within LPL.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new business lines, products, and client segments.

  • Provide data-driven analysis and develop metrics, KPIs, and insights that support decision-making and sales performance optimization.

  • Equip the sales team with compelling content, tools, and strategies to enhance client engagement and meet targets.

  • Leverage technology and automation to simplify processes and create scalable, flexible, and efficient solutions.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Analyze reports and market data to provide actionable business intelligence and strategic recommendations.

  • Support sales forecasting, lead generation, and prospecting initiatives to drive business growth.

  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Proactively adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to key organizational initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, strategy, marketing, business analytics, or corporate finance in a B2B or financial industry setting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting and presenting data.

  • Experience with B2B sales cycles, marketing technology, and automation tools.

  • Technical proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau (preferred), and Salesforce (Lightning, Engage, Leads, Opportunities, Forecasts).

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Showpad) and sales engagement tools.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, sales, marketing, or go-to-market strategy.

  • Background in financial analysis, business intelligence, and process optimization.

  • Familiarity with Excel Macros, Alteryx, Canva, and other analytics/reporting tools.

Pay Range:

$87,500-$145,800/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
