Key Responsibilities
  • Execute influencer campaign setup and provide ongoing campaign support as volume scales, ensuring accuracy and timely in-market delivery.
  • Manage and support high-volume campaign workflows, including trafficking, quality assurance, and platform coordination.
  • Review and approve creators for campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign requirements and brand standards.
  • Support creator activation for opt-in campaigns, including communication, approvals, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct content review for third-party (3P) influencer campaigns, ensuring approvals are completed on time and campaigns remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate assets, messaging, and deliverables for 3P ad packages, ensuring all components are executed correctly.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance, flagging issues and identifying opportunities for optimization.
  • Maintain campaign timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Partner with internal teams and external platforms to ensure campaigns adhere to guidelines, specifications, and deadlines.
  • Support reporting efforts by gathering and organizing campaign performance data across platforms.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of influencer campaign execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital,Communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 5 Years experience in marketing, media, or related experience
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer marketing, retail media, or campaign operations
  • Experience working within influencer platforms and networks (e.g., ShopMy, LTK, CreatorIQ) or similar ecosystems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting retail media or paid influencer campaigns
  • Familiarity with affiliate and creator commerce platforms
  • Background working with agencies, creators, or platform partners
