Job Overview:
LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Client Solutioning team within Business Design & Solutioning, Client Success. As a trusted business partner, you will be a part of an innovative, high-performing team to develop solutions, drive outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver value to new and existing advisor business lines and institutional partners. You will have the opportunity to work on the firm's highest priority initiatives to provide leadership with timely, accurate, and insightful commentary and recommendations. You will work closely with our strategic Business Owners, Product & Platform Strategy, Client Success, Legal/Risk, Technology, and other internal departments and external partners. This role will embrace strategic, entrepreneurial, analytical, product, and project management skillsets to enable our advisors and institutions to partner, operate, engage, grow, and thrive in a manner that is superior to other platforms.
The ideal candidate for this role is solution-oriented and passionate about developing solutions and delivering results, and has a combination of business acumen, a consulting mindset, and industry knowledge to assist with the development and delivery of new business solutions, tools, and integration of strategic partnerships. Additionally, you are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical capabilities, problem solving skills and a customer centric approach with the goal of exciting our advisor base, leading the market, and attracting additional business.
Responsibilities:

Support due diligence, technology consulting initiatives, and integration activities to support strategic partnership opportunities

Support the strategic alignment of client priorities and initiatives through ongoing leadership of a program governance structure that ensures stakeholder engagement and efficient program execution

Collaborate with internal partners across the firm to gather and document information related to support project management of intake projects

Understand roadmaps, plans, and metrics to communicate progress, risks, and execution approaches, and create best-in-class reports and presentations related to client priorities and initiatives

Actively anticipate, identify, and manage risks within position scope and at the company, and raise issues to appropriate levels for attention and transparency

Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal team members and business partners to strategize and develop innovative solutions for an industry-leading adviser and institution experience in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement

Provide analysis and project management support on a variety of strategic initiatives impacting Affiliation Models and Institutional Clients, and assist in creating and implementing best practices for communication and reporting via PowerPoint, Excel, BOX, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and AHA!

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, corporate strategy or project management preferably within a financial services or related FinTech firm

Ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives/projects at one time, work within a team, show strong attention to detail, communicate clearly and concisely, work comfortably with incomplete information, and deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Self-driven individual with high level of motivation, positive attitude, commitment to excellence and integrity, and ability to work in a cross-functional team and drive outcomes without having direct authority

Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify relevant data, evaluate business opportunities within the context of the larger organization, influencing leadership based by presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner

Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage and present materials to our business leaders and clients across all levels of the organization

FINRA licenses or industry designations preferred

Pay Range:
$87,225-$145,375/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
