Job Overview:

The LPL Financial Digital Marketing department is seeking a senior technologist. As a senior technologist for the Digital Content Technology team, you will be responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, and implementation of digital experience solutions. This role requires a successful and experienced Adobe Experience engineer who will execute the Digital Content Experience Technology roadmap with a focus on refining and building repeatable templates and models to achieve speed and scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Help lead technical aspects of Adobe Experience OnPrem/Cloud implementations, including microsites, DAM repositories, Content-As-A-Service, and system integrations development.

  • Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe AEM Assets, and/or technologies such as Java, HTML/DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services.

  • Collaborate with technology, product, and business partners to design and develop reusable templates, components, and services.

  • Enable the latest UI frameworks on the Adobe platform for modern user experiences and dynamic web applications.

  • Work with enterprise Architecture, QA, Security, and other cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable content solutions.

  • Integrate the platform with AI engines like Coveo, NICE, or CoPilot.

  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to adopt automation, continuous integration, and deployment best practices to accelerate the release process.

  • Contribute to and participate in projects to ensure the successful implementation of defined digital experience solutions.

  • Lead and coach the team for performance and development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of development experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (Adobe AEM 6.x, AEM 6.4, AEM 6.5, AEMaaCS, or AMS).

  • 3+ years of experience building sites, templates, components, or integrations with Adobe Experience Manager.

  • 3+ years of Java experience

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills, with a flexible attitude in shifting environments.

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, presentation) with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

  • Ability to negotiate and manage difficult or ambiguous situations and adapt to work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies.

  • Understanding of the broader Adobe Marketing Cloud product stack, web markup (including HTML5 and CSS3), client-side scripting, and JavaScript frameworks.

  • Experience with decoupled architectures and working in an Agile development model.

  • Experience with Java concepts and patterns, including Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, Webservices, JUnit, MVC, Eclipse, and Maven.

  • Results-driven with a positive can-do attitude.

Pay Range:

$106,125-$176,875/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
