Work Period: February 2026 to May 2026
Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week position in Needham, MA. Schedule options are either two 8-hour days onsite or three 5-hour days onsite. There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.
Compensation Range: Ranges from$26/hr - $35/hr. Specific compensation is set according to a standardized scale aligned with your educational level at the time of hire.

This role: In this role, you would be mainly assisting with gathering consumer feedback on our products and helping turn these insights into actions to constantly improve our products through development.
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
  • Organize and host informal consumer testing in-office with employees
  • Generate questionnaires and walking testers through a testing process
  • Analyze the results and generating a report (often in Powerpoint slide format) of the results
  • Share feedback with team members to help facilitate next steps
  • Sit in on more formal consumer testing led by consumer insights team, helping to record results of the tests and sharing with team members

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
  • Education: Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program
  • Must be able to work a part-time 15 to 16 hour/week schedule with 2 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
  • Must be proficient in both Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must feel comfortable running consumer testing
  • Ability to take detailed notes and report out within small team.
