The sports producer creates daily sports shows and specials, writes and edits stories for television and web, and collaborates with the local sports community.
The sports producer will be the primary daily producer of Carolina Sports Live, a daily sports show that runs at least 30 minutes. In addition, you will produce multiple sports specials on the Panthers, Hornets, NASCAR, college sports and other sports related topics. We are looking for a TEAM player who puts the needs of their coworkers and operation ahead of themselves
- Produce daily sport shows

- Write, edit and shot stories for tv and web.
- Strong editorial contributor
- Adobe Suite (premiere, photoshop & after affects) knowledge
- Build and maintain contacts within the local sports community
- Execute the overall station sports’ plan
