Provide practical legal and regulatory guidance for AI, software, hardware, data, and climate technology products throughout the product lifecycle. Advise product, engineering, design, marketing, and technology teams on privacy, security, AI governance, and global regulations. Draft and negotiate partnership, commercial, and third-party agreements; review customer-facing content; enhance compliance programs; and create scalable legal playbooks, policies, templates, and training.

Lead the technical vision and architecture of Coinbase’s FinHub financial infrastructure, including ledger, account balances, money movement, settlements, transfers, and transaction history. Drive distributed-system rearchitecture with double-entry accounting, idempotency, reconciliation, auditability, and resilient failure recovery. Lead cross-team initiatives, migrations, and technical strategy while partnering with product, finance, risk, compliance, and operations stakeholders. Mentor senior engineers and promote operational excellence and maintainability.

Own the Early Investor product end-to-end, including roadmap, growth, monetization, success metrics, experimentation, and retention features for Babylist Money. Partner closely with engineering, use data and AI to drive decisions, communicate outcomes to leadership, and accelerate a live zero-to-one consumer financial product.
