What You'll Do
- Partner with the Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams to collect, validate, and analyze marketing spend data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting.
- Execute and refine operational processes that power weekly marketing spend reporting, improving reliability and efficiency at scale.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into budgets, pacing, and campaign performance.
- Ingest and transform datasets from external partners into internal systems, enabling seamless analysis and reporting.
- Automate and optimize workflows to streamline how marketing spend data is compiled, validated, and shared.
- Deliver timely insights that help marketing leaders evaluate performance and make informed budget allocation decisions.
What You'll Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Operations, Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
- Experience using data tools such as SQL or Snowflake, Python, and Tableau to analyze and visualize data.
- The ability to build scalable processes or automate operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Clear communication skills, with experience collaborating across various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
