• Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointments

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Support cross-border operations by managing, sharing, and coordinating required paperwork across internal teams

• Communicate with carriers and drivers to ensure smooth execution of shipments

• Assist in building and maintaining strong carrier relationships

• Proactively identify and help resolve operational issues or delays
