Ready to be a Titan?
At ServiceTitan, our Revenue Operations team powers the business forward by diving into the details of how we acquire, support, and grow customers every day. We are a collaborative and data-driven group that influences the entire customer journey—from Marketing to Customer Success. Together, we’re passionate about helping small businesses scale in smarter, more efficient ways.

We’re looking for a Specialist, Deal Desk to support our Enterprise Sales organization. This individual contributor role is critical in structuring complex, non-standard deals, driving deal velocity, and ensuring accurate and compliant execution of contracts. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to facilitate strategic deals that meet business objectives while mitigating risk.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to support complex deal structuring and execution for Enterprise opportunities.

  • Draft contracts and collaborate on redline negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and customer requirements.

  • Ensure the efficient and accurate progression of deals through the full quote-to-close lifecycle, including approvals, documentation, and booking.

  • Review quotes and contract terms for compliance with company policies, providing feedback or routing for appropriate approvals as needed.

  • Collaborate with FP&A and Revenue Accounting to ensure alignment with revenue recognition standards.

  • Leverage CPQ and other contract management tools to manage quotes and streamline workflows.

  • Provide deal-specific guidance and serve as a key point of contact for deal-related inquiries and escalations.

  • Manage sales contract amendments such as renewals, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise agreements. Have a strong understanding of contract and order objects.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving processes, reducing cycle time, and enhancing the overall deal experience.

  • Support end-of-month quote and opportunity audits to ensure accuracy in Salesforce (SFDC), as well, as booking calculations.

  • Help track and report on deal metrics, pricing trends, discounting practices, and other KPIs to drive insights and improvements.

What you'll bring:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Deal Desk, Contract Management, Order Management, or Sales Operations within a SaaS environment.
  • PST timezone or willing to work PST hours
  • Experience supporting complex Enterprise deals, including pricing strategy, approvals, and legal documentation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ, DocuSign, and CLM tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across departments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles is a plus.
