Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Special Projects Intern to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and contribute to high-impact initiatives across the organization. 

What You'll Do 

  • Assist in the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic projects across departments.  
  • Participate in discovery, ideation, design, and testing sessions and workshops related to assigned projects.  
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and project management documentation for internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.  
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution development.  
  • Support ad hoc tasks and initiatives as assigned by the PMO team. 

What We Need 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.  
  • A curious and proactive individual with a passion for learning and problem-solving.  
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to meaningful work.  
  • A team player who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Strong organizational, operational, and communication skills.  
  • Interest in business and operational project management.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Base Salary Band: $21-$23 per hour
