Roles and Responsibilities
Technical lead for processes and tools for Construction Sourcing
Lead, design and maintain required tools
Implement developed tools and ensure training
Design analytical frameworks to solve business problems
Convert project technical documents, requirements and technical specifications
Define and development planning for the project, ensuring on-time delivery of your deliverables
Review and validate deliverables issued by others related to the project for which he/she is responsible
Conversant in managing the Interface with other commodities / suppliers / cross-functions
Support regional operational Sourcing teams when required
Supports Global Commodity Manager in overall project progress and reporting
Interacts with internal functions and project teams, contractors, suppliers, attends meetings and presents all technical aspects of project assignments
Provide answers to tool users, client, partners & suppliers
Lead and manage change control requests impacting function’s deliverables and schedule.
Support continuous improvement within function / Construction Sourcing
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in scientific branch or in Business Analytics
7 years minimum of relevant experience in Business Analytics or similar field
Excellent knowledge on Business Analytics and Data Analysis
Experience mapping data flows from source systems to final reporting repositories
Knowledge of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics approaches
Leadership, analytical mind, rigorous and commitment
Self-driven and open to exploring alternate technologies and methods for problem-solving
Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical insights into business language
Professional English spoken and written
