Are you looking for an exciting role in technology sales where you can use your passion for computing solutions to hone your sales skills? If so, Teguar Corporation is expanding and has the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for a Solutions Specialist to join our growing Sales team.

In this role you will collaborate with…

  • Internal teams including fellow Sales staff members and you will work closely with our Marketing team.
  • A combination of both domestic and international potential clients who are leaders in medical technology and innovation.

You will have a direct impact on our industrial and medical customers by setting realistic timelines and enabling them to succeed in their business. Your contribution is vital in establishing Teguar as more than a computer supplier, but a partner who will directly influence the technology community.

Your main responsibility...

Your main responsibility will be to contact and qualify leads, ensuring they are a good fit for our products and services while recommending appropriate industrial and medical computing solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by managing accounts, generating qualified pipelines, sourcing leads, and occasionally attending trade shows.

Essential duties...

  • Lead Qualification - Identifies and assess the needs of leads through effective discovery and active listening. In this process you will uncover the pain points, budget, timeline, decision making process and other key factors.
  • Customer Management - Manages critical customer accounts, looking for additional opportunities to grow these accounts while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Negotiate pricing and business relationships and generate qualified deals monthly.
  • Technical Knowledge - Gains deep understanding of the medical and industrial computing industry and markets we serve. Learn product portfolio to recommend best solutions as well as key ecosystem partners.
  • Outreach and Communication - Initiate contact with all leads through phone calls, video conferencing, emails, and social media.
  • Teamwork - Collaborates closely with internal marketing, supply chain, product management and sales teams to schedule appointments with qualified leads for further sales discussions. Provide customer and market insights, and continuously improve customer experience.
  • Qualification - Conduct a thorough qualification process to understand the lead's pain points, budget, timeline and decision making process.
  • Appointment Scheduling - Collaborate closely with internal Account Managers to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
  • Lead and Data Management - Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Account Management - Manage critical customer accounts, looking for additional opportunities to grow these accounts. Negotiate pricing and business relationships.
  • Metrics Tracking - Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead qualification and appointment setting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or engineering and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; OR a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Representative or similar role desired.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems. Hubspot preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office incl. Power Point or comparable programs
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time
