Let’s talk about the role:

As a Solutions Marketing Manager at Resmed, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in sleep, respiratory, and digital health. With a deep understanding of our customer and industry needs, you’ll execute GTM and lifecycle campaign strategies for our devices portfolio, drive content messaging, and help deliver sales enablement programs. You’ll conduct market segmentation and define marketing requirements to lead the strategic planning, messaging, and execution of our devices portfolio marketing initiatives that address the core challenges providers are trying to solve – improving the sleep and breathing health of their patients. Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, evidence-based NPI marketing strategies to promote our device ecosystem incorporating clinical insights, including KOL engagement, thought leadership, and alignment with evidence generation to support marketing claims.
  • Translate complex clinical data into compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with healthcare provider audiences and support product adoption across diagnostic and therapeutic pathways.
  • Acquire deep knowledge of our customers' challenges, industry, and use cases, and communicate the benefits and value proposition clearly and compellingly to target audiences. 
  • Adapt and translate global GTM strategies for North American markets, tailoring for market and sales channel dynamics while considering unique customer segmentation approaches.
  • Lead the creation of effective NPI marketing activities in collaboration with ABM, Integrated and Consumer Marketing teams.
  • Support the sales enablement strategy and execution, ensuring launch readiness and success.
  • Establish key performance indicators for our devices portfolio and relentlessly measure against performance and success, adjusting marketing strategy as necessary
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to create compelling content, marketing resources, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget for our devices portfolio and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

 
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in the healthcare or digital health industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media ad platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare/clinical marketing is highly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salaried (exempt) employees receive Flexible Time Off (FTO) to use for vacation, personal or sick days without the need to accrue time off. Hourly (non-exempt) employees have a different yet fantastic benefit, Paid Time Off (PTO). Up to 15 days are provided in the first year, increasing up to 20 days after one year, with further increases at milestone anniversaries. The Company offers 14 paid holidays. Primary caregivers are eligible for 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and secondary caregivers are eligible for two weeks to welcome new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. This role may be eligible to receive stock equity based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance, subject to the discretion of company. Base Pay Range for this position: $113,000 - $141,000 - $169,000 USD.

 

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
