Ready to make your mark? Join us and be part of something bigger.
As a Solution Consultant for Kainos’ Smart Audit product, you will play a critical role in driving new business with Workday customers by partnering with Account Executives to articulate the value of Smart Audit.
Smart Audit is purpose-built to work with and enhance Workday, helping customers improve audit readiness, strengthen compliance, and gain better visibility into their Workday data and processes.
This is a purely presales, revenue-aligned role—focused on discovery, solution alignment, and demonstrating business value. You will not be responsible for implementation or deployment but instead will guide Workday customers through the evaluation process and position Smart Audit as a strategic extension to their Workday environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Presales Engagement & Opportunity Support
• Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities within existing and prospective Workday customer accounts.
• Support and lead discovery conversations centered on audit, compliance, reporting, and governance challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, supporting discovery, qualification, and solution positioning.
Solution Demonstration & Storytelling
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showcasing how Smart Audit extends and enhances Workday for audit, compliance, and reporting use cases.
• Translate product capabilities into business outcomes relevant to Workday stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Audit).
• Position Smart Audit as a natural extension of the Workday ecosystem, not a standalone tool.
Value Engineering & Business Alignment
• Support ROI and business case development tied to improving governance, audit readiness, and reducing risk within Workday.
• Align Smart Audit to broader enterprise priorities, including controls, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Product & Domain Expertise
• Build deep expertise in Smart Audit and its integration with Workday.
• Confidently speak to Workday data structures, reporting challenges, and audit requirements.
• Address functional and technical questions during the sales cycle, specifically in a Workday context.
• Provide product feedback based on real customer use cases within Workday environments.
Sales & Go-to-Market Contribution
• Support RFPs, proposals, and workshops focused on Workday-based use cases.
• Help refine messaging around how Smart Audit complements and extends Workday.
• Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining a strong presales focus.
Putting People First
• Share knowledge and best practices across the Solutions Consulting team.
• Support team enablement on Workday-centric value messaging.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering, ideally supporting SaaS sales cycles
• Experience with Workday strongly preferred; alternatively, HCM, HRIS, or similar enterprise applications
• Ability to lead discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, and influence opportunities through the sales cycle
• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, reporting, or data governance concepts within enterprise systems
• Proven ability to engage both business stakeholders (HR, Finance, Audit) and technical audiences
• Skilled at translating customer needs and product capabilities into clear business value
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills
Why Join Kainos?
• Work on Smart Audit, a solution designed specifically to enhance and extend the value of Workday.
• Play a key role in helping Workday customers improve compliance, visibility, and control.
• Join a high-impact presales team directly influencing growth.
• Collaborate with experts across Workday, product, and sales.
• Grow your career in a people-first, high-performance environment.
