What will you be responsible for?
- As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in the pre-sales process by working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to articulate the value of our cybersecurity solutions to prospective customers.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value and capabilities of our platform.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer needs, pain points, and success criteria.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs, provide architectural guidance, and ensure solution alignment with the customer’s environment.
- Act as the technical liaison between prospects and internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from evaluation to implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer feedback and help influence the product roadmap.
- Support field marketing and partner events by delivering technical presentations and driving thought leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position AppViewX as a leader in identity and security automation.
